Lee singles to left. 1st and 2nd. Cubs are hitting Cueto hard so far.

I missed it. Would Janish have made that play?

Ramirez grounds out to 2nd. 0-0 after 1.

Ramirez grounds to second. Cueto pitched those last two hitters very well, kept the ball down mostly.

Hard to say. The ball was smoked. I wouldn't think so.

This game scares me tonight. The Cubs lineup seems to hit Cueto well and Lilly is so hot or cold as a pitcher. We could get the one who looks like Cy Young or the one who eventually gets hit around and I fear we may have gotten the one who looks like Cy tonight. I may flip back and forth between this game and the one on ESPN just to keep my sanity, LOL

My opinion is that MOST short stops get to that ball. I'm not in love with Janish and don't see him as a starter, but I think he's the better defensive (and dare I say offensive) player of the two.

Hi Edwin. Let me introduce you to patience. Please don't swing at the first pitch in your first at bat.
