Not Reds related, but Ryan Zimmerman just extended his hit streak to 30 games

    2004's OD starter.

And he's faced the minimum thru 3 (38 pitches).

Reds get a 4-3-6 DP as the runner stopped runnning Phillips threw to first. Votto then threw to Hairston who tags the runner out. 0-0 after 3.

That was a nice play by Phillips/Votto.

The Dbacks are dead on arrival.

DOOOHHHH! D-backs are lacking a little in the fun-da-mentals. No fun and too many mental mistakes.

    Lucky they have Dan Haren.

But so far, Owings is matching him. Haren at 43 through 3, hopefully a little more patience gets him out by the 6th, 7th at latest

BP played that very very well after Ojeda went down avoiding the tag.....and Votto with an off balance throw back. Not as easy as it looks in the box score.

Haren lets Hairston off the hook after fooling him badly on the previous pitch.

Hairston is on some kind of roll....just what the Reds needed in front of Vottomatica.
