Nice game for Drew Sutton so far. He's 1-for-1 with a double and two walks.

Except for getting picked off 1st but Durham's Davis has a very good pickoff move.

Homer allows a lead off double in the fifth inning to lose his perfect game.

Oh my God! That's a helluva way to lose a perfect game.

Gomes loses the ball in the lights or the twilight sky and it drops right next to him.

Homer retired the next three hitters:

    5 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 BB, 3 K

Could have a perfect game through five innings if Gomes hadn't lost a ball in the lights/sky.

After 5 innings, Bats up 3-0. Homer worked around the lead off double with a fly out, pop out, and a ground out.

After 5 innings Homer is at 67 pitches, 47 of which were strikes.
