Ryan Ludwick On DL, Cards Hurting

Ludwick was just placed on the DL per the ESPN ticker. This has to hurt the Cards who are already without Ankiel. I see them losing some ground in the next few weeks and I don't see the Brew Crew continuing there winning ways with the subpar pitching staff they have.

This is a great time for the Reds to get hot and stay hot for the month of May. Lets hope we can break away from the pack and those pesky Cubs!

Man, now they really have nothing but Pujoles in that lineup. Lets hope Ludwick is still hurting when we go to St. Louis for 4 in early june.

It says alot about your reserves. The Reds reserves are carrying the team right now to some extent.........Jerry Hairston is da man. Rosales has been a blessing. Hernandez playing 1st base more than adequately has been a Godsend. Most teams would fall apart if their 3B, SS, and 1Bmen weren't able to play over an extended amount of time.

    Great job guys.
