    Now 5-0 Louisville in the third inning after Jonny Gomes hit a 2-run homer (#8).

    Prior to tonight the last two times Pettyjohn pitched were Apr 28 and May 5.

    It's no wonder he is not sharp.

    Dayton is down 5-4 right now. Kevin Coddington hit a 2 run double last inning to bring things closer.

    Carolina tied at 3. Jordan Smith has allowed only 1 earned, 3 hits, 1 walk and 3 K's in 4 innings.

    Dayton hit 3 fly balls either 5 foot from the warning track or to the wall. They still trail 5-4, heading to the 9th.
