    I'm following along, Rem. It is disheartening, though. I believe we missed our chances the past two nights to make it a winning road trip.

    I've got the Tim McCarver show on MLB (I know, I know, it's my own fault....) and he's interviewing Carlton Fisk. Naturally, the HR in the 6th game in '75 comes up.

    Fisk comes off to me as bitter. Also, I've never heard him note that, despite that HR, the Reds actually won the WS. There are a lot of general baseball fans out there that think the BoSox won that series and it really chaps my butt....

    BTW, seeing the fingers on Fisk's right hand, they look like they are a map for the Mississippi River.

    Yep. Those were two tough games to swallow.

    Beating Peavy with Arroyo is a tough task.

    Going into this series the Reds were hot and the Pads were stone cold. If the Reds get blanked in SD, frankly, that's not acceptable.
