Owings has been solid recently. Very good outing vs. Arizona, good in relief against San Diego. Philly is a very tough lineup for anybody. Best offense in the league.It's much more that Owings isn't very good vs. mismanagment.
The mismanagement is a larger issue than today's performance anyway.
