Three straight lefties in the lineup. I haven't seen that in a while.

The Indians led off with four lefties in a row last Friday night IIRC.
a super volcano of ridonkulous suckitude.

I simply don't have access to a "cares about RBI" place in my psyche. There is a "mildly curious about OBI%" alcove just before the acid filled lake guarded by robot snipers with lasers which leads to the "cares about RBI" antechamber though. - Nate

Lead off walk. Not exactly the start Bronson wanted.
    2014 predictions:
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner
    Hamilton ROY & GG

If those first 2 pitches to Tejada are going to be called balls...Bronson's in for a looooong night. Clearly strikes IMO.

Lee grounds out to Bronson to end the inning.

I'm heading out to dinner with the family so somebody will need to take over the PBP.

    Hairston homers! 1-1 game now.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Votto grounds out and Nix pops up to 3rd to end the first inning.

Pence grounds to short. A-Gon bobbles it but still gets Pence in time as Votto scoops it. 1 out.
