I read a lot but besides the bible, I've never read a book twice. Why? If I have time to read, I want to read something I've never read before. I usually read non-fiction.

If you can't build a winning team with that core a fire-sale isn't the solution. Selling the franchise, moving them to Nashville and converting GABP into a used car lot is.

I can - and do - read anything over and over again.

Just pulled out my first Reds Yearbook from 1969 and looked at it the other day. I can't tell you how many times I have looked at that yearbook.

I have the yearly Baseball edition of SI for each year going back to the 80's on my nightstand. Always interesting to dig one out and see how wrong they are.

I usually keep the annual SI baseball and football issues until the end of the season, just to see how wrong they were, but then I toss 'em.
