I heard itrip is the gadget I need to play ipod stuff on my car radio. Do you know anything about this? Would this be recommended for my situation?

itrip plugs into an iPod and is a FM transmitter. You set the iTrip to a "dead" FM station, and tune your car radio to that station to listen. It is a nice portable option. I believe there are similar products for non-iPod mp3 players.

Nooooo, I would never recommend this. Best way to go is an aux in. Sound quality blows with FM transmitters.

For you Rhapsody users...I just bought it(for a month that is)for 15.00...I guess I misunderstood its use...I thought you bought it for 15.00 a month and could download anything you wanted to but instead you still have to pay .99 for every song???The only advantage I am finding over Itunes is that you can listen to the whole song while you are on the website(I think I-tunes only lets you listen for 30 seconds)..other than that am I missing something????

I don't have Rhapsody. That can't be right, though. If it's as you say, you should have gone with the Zune Pass.

You can "download" to a Rhapsody-compatible device all you want and take it with you. That doesn't include an ipod.
You can listen to it as much as you want as long as you keep your subscription. When you stop paying...the music stops playing.

Maybe she can appeal again to see if she can up to $16.5MM.

Me thinks settling would've been cheaper than just the legal bills.

If you're stupid enough to rely on Kazaa, you deserve whatever penalty's coming your way. Her lawyer appears to be an idiot, too, and should be banned by the state.

What about the punishment fitting the crime? Doesn't this seem excessive? I understand that is the whole point, to scare others from doing it. But how are they going to collect such a judgement? She won't make that kind of money in her life. Anyone know how that works? Is she supposed to live on an allowance and everything above a certain amount goes to pay it off? In that case why would she work or even try to pay it off?
