Please just end this game, honestly this might be the most boring professional sporting event I've ever watched. It's like the only people there are drunks howling at the moon.

I will never understand why the Reds brass thought he was such a priority addition this summer. The guy has added value to his team in one partial season--2006--due to an abnormally high BA. Yeah, he's a good fielder and baserunner but he doesn't hit enough to justify a roster spot, let alone being paid $6M and leading off everyday.

    Ears is not happy.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Kearns strikes out looking. Reds really got some gift calls tonight. That pitch was low. Reds win 3-2.

I guess the ump was tired of this game too.

Shades of 1906 as the Washington team gives the umpire a ration of manure from the dugout (including several audible expletives) after the game is over.

Nice to be on the smiling side of an incompetent plate ump for once.

i agree. it was about as bad as the game in san diego.
there's nothing like bowling a 300 game! 13 now and retired.

I take it you missed Sunday's game? This was like Game 7 of the World Series compared to that game.

Two bonus outs on ball 4 pitches. They'll take it. Very big momentum win.....Reds 2.5 out and in 2nd place.
Hard to imagine where they could be with a healthy Votto and EE....and getting WT to the pine.
