Bats jump out in front of the Clippers in the first. Sutton doubles home Hopper and Stubbs. Bankston drives in Sutton.

They add 1 in the second on a Wilkin Castillo HR.

Up 4-1 going to the bottom of the 3rd.

Stubbs drives one to the track again in the third.

    Still 4-1 Bats after 4.

    Code:
Player IP	H	R	ER	BB	SO	HR	ERA
    Ramirez 4.0	5	1	1	1	3	1	4.91
    Pitches-strikes: Ramirez, R 81-50 - 62%

    Ramon has a balk.

The Bats have played better since Gomes left and MacDonald arrived, and the offense for the Reds was better with MacDonald than Gomes. Get MacDonald back up there :

6 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 1 BB, 2 K for Stewart. Not getting the K's tonight but you don't always need to when you are a GO machine like he is.

Stewart has went through 6 innings on 73 pitches. You have to love his pitch efficiency.

I'm guessing 75 pitches was Stewart's limit because Watson just came in for him. Great outing for Stewart. The HR made his ERA skyrocket to .62.

If he don't get it down below .50 he might be the one getting cut.
