Only problem is the Braves, like the Nationals, are a horrible team. With some offense, we sweep both and probably take one or two from the Royals. So we turn a possible 7-2 into a 4-5. This apparently pleases Walt and company.

No its not. But if the media is constantly hounding Dusty as to why he continues to play Taveras, you would have to think he would have to reconsider.

No, actually, I don't think media or fan pressure is going to faze Dusty in the slightest bit. He's either going to figure out that Taveras is a giant pile of crap, or the front office is going to do it themselves.

Well that's where we're gonna disagree. I think Dusty is going to do what he wants to do until he feels pressure to do otherwise. If he hasn't figured it out by now, and he's throwing the worst possible OBP guys at 1-2 in the lineup, then he will NEVER figure it out.
I thought we might see Roenicke for another inning after his 9 pitch 8th inning.
