    One of the pre-game radio promos was asking fans whom they wanted in the All-Star game, and a group of people said in unison "Joey Votto-matic" so is this nickname beyond RedsZone?

    I wouldn't read too much into that. That same promo has people saying "Adam Rosales" as the answer too. *shudders*

    Usually when we say that, those are the games the Reds win. It's against the Nats and the bottom feeders that we struggle with...for SOME unknown reason. I say we win tonight in a low scoring affair.

    I agree, that does seem to be the case pretty often, though for the most part, the Reds have handled the lesser teams this season, until recently getting kicked around by crappy clubs like the White Sox and Royals.

    I think saying the Reds were kicked around by the White Sox is a bit of a stretch.
