    Dallas Buck is back pitching?

I thought he was done for the year.

    That's great news.

He really needs to get through the rest of this season injury-free.

And hopefully, start pitching more effectively.

    He returned two weeks ago.

Again, that's great news. I thought the injury he sustained was season-ending, which for him, could have been career-ending.

He's struggling tonight, but as usual, is pitching with guts.

Buck just left the game after throwing a 70 MPH pitch and left with an apparent injury.

See Bronson Arroyo most of the time. None of his pitches are working, but he's doing his best to get batters out and his pitching intelligence is getting him through some of the innings.

    I can't believe it!

Last time I start a Dallas Buck thread.

But, it supports what I said earlier in the thread, that his previous injury was more serious than the timetable he spent on the DL.

I'm sure this isn't a "new" injury, and if it is, it's only because he's compensating for something. Only conjecture on my part, but I can't see it any other way.
