    Post Something Positive Here

Cubs beat the Brewers today. A Reds win can pull them to within 1.5 games of the Central Division lead. (1 game behind the hated Los Cardinales)

The Fireworks should be spectacular, especially if you watch while standing on that bridge that crosses over to Newport.

That is correct. I am hoping that Homer can hold onto the baseball tonight so that we can see that splitter of his.

Willy T has 8 sac bunts, and the REDS lead the NL in sac bunts.

Batting 2nd tonight instead of first, Willy T has a great chance to move someone into scoring position with his bat so that he doesn't have all wasted outs.

Willy T could positively contribute towards two runs tonight by batting 2nd behind Dickerson.

Willy T and Dickerson in the OF is better than Dickerson and Gomes/Nix in the OF.

There's one of those two runs in the 1st as an error by the Cards 3rd Baseman on a bunt by Willy T scores Dickerson. Taveras gets himself thrown out later, but he still contributed to a run already.

    Albert Pujols on Homer Bailey:

"Homer Bailey pitched an unbelievable game. He has electic stuff. If he stays healthy, he's going to put up big numbers."
    From Fay's blog.

Albert had something positive to say.
