It is time for the annual three-game beatdown in Chavez Ravine. The Reds have not won a game in the Dodger home stadium since July 28th, 2005.
LA has taken the last 11 in a row out there, outscoring the MIR (Men In Red) by a score of 64 to 33. David Weathers, Aaron Harang and Edwin Encarnacion are the only holdovers from that game. Weathers the only one to actually play in the game

But since the time Y2K failed to end the world until this Dark Streak ends the Reds have been a much more respectable 14-17 in Chavez Ravine. At one time in the new millenium they actually held a 14-6 advantage over the home-schooled Dodgers.

But all good things come to an end and the Dodgers have kicked base 11 times in a row.

That changes with this series as the Reds take 2 out of 3 and leave a relief pitcher or two behind in gratitude.

Buyers, sellers. Story tellers. The streak stops now!
