    Organizational Leaders

I'm not adept enough to do it, but if anybody's so inclined and it's not a great deal of trouble, it would be interesting to periodically see the Reds' minor-league leaders in various categories (including the rookie teams). The top 10-20 in such as . . .

    Hitting:

    AB
    H
    Ave
    OBP
    Slg
    OPS
    BB
    HR
    Total Bases
    RBI
    SB
    K/AB
    Whatever Else

    Pitching:

    IP
    ERA
    WHIP
    K
    K/9
    BB/9
    Sv
    Whatever Else

Thanks, man. Would still love to see a list 10-20 deep on those categories, but that's a good start. One interesting number is Miguel Rojas' K rate. Another is Wiley's walks.

Also, the DSL club has a guy named Porfirio Martinez with 11 saves. He's 19 years old.

So Chris Heisey is doing pretty well this year?

Is there a link that sorts those stats Morrissey?

OK, then, I've got time for the top 20 in OBP. Minimum 50 PA--which isn't much, but the rookie leagues haven't been going on all that long.

    Ricardo Quintero 417
    Chris Heisey 411
    Christopher Richburg 408
    Byron Wiley 392
    Yimmy Lopez 388
    William Moreno 385
    Theodis Bowe 381
    Josh Fellhauer 378
    Zack Cozart 370
    Todd Frazier 368
    Shane Carlson 368
    Drew Stubbs 367
    Drew Sutton 367
    Chris Denove 364
    Kevin Barker 362
    Yonder Alonso 360
    Efrain Contreras 358
    Yorman Rodriguez 354
    Henry Rodriguez 351
    Kyle Day 349
    Mariekson (Dee Dee) Gregorius 349
    Ronald Galindez 349

It's a shame that the people that actually matter don't care about this stat.

Is there a way to post these guys' "in scoring position percentage?" I heard from Dusty that this is a very important stat in valuing players.

    Slugging Pct:

    Chris Heisey 560
    Darnell McDonald 556
    Kevin Barker 518
    Josh Fellhauer 515
    Todd Frazier 507
    Byron Wiley 506
    Yonder Alonso 470
    Carlos Sanchez 466
    Drew Sutton 464
    Cody Puckett 463
    Sean Conner 457
    Juan Francisco 451
    Daniel Dorn 445
    Wes Bankston 444
    Danny Richar 442
    Zack Cozart 443
    Brian Peterson 437
    Sean Henry 419
    Humberto Sosa 415
    Chris Denove 407
    David Sappelt 400

I was kind of whimsical about including guys who have been in Cincinnati. Had I included Rosales and Gomes, they'd be 1-2. I included Richar, McDonald and Sutton because they've played the great majority of the season in Louisville.

    OPS:

    Chris Heisey 971
    Byron Wiley 898
    Darnell McDonald 894
    Josh Fellhauer 893
    Kevin Barker 880
    Todd Frazier 875
    Drew Sutton 837
    Yonder Alonso 830
    Zack Cozart 803
    Cody Puckett 791
    Carlos Sanchez 778
    Chris Denove 770
    Daniel Dorn 767
    Danny Richar 767
    Theodis Bowe 766
    Humberto Sosa 760
    Sean Conner 759
    Sean Henry 750
    William Moreno 750
    Wes Bankston 744

Again, Rosales and Gomes would be way up there. And Darnell McDonald is having a pretty nice year.

The biggest surprise, to me, is Chris Denove.

    Re: Organizational Leaders

BTW, this link is organized slightly differently than the other, in that it lists everybody in the system in one chart.
