I was wondering if he is permitted in the hall of fame if he would be allowed to manage again. I would love to see Pete involved in baseball again.

Full reinstatement would allow him to work (manage) in baseball again, as well as HOF eligibility.
Limited reinstatement would grant him a HOF vote, but no future involvement in baseball.
He has already been offered limited reinstatement, and he declined.
He may very well now get nothing.
If he did get back into the game, I would want him no where near the managers seat of my team
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.
even if he does get reinstated, i HIGHLY doubt he will be allowed to manage again. according to hal mccoy though he said that rose will never be in the HOF. i don't usually trust what he says though
He wasn't that good of a manager anyway.
4 straight second place finishes and had a winning record as a manager. I think Pete was an above average manager better than anyone we have had manage since other than Davy Johnson, Lou and Jack McKeon.
When I see the 2016 Reds, I see a 100 loss team and no direction.
