    King Carl Petersen is here.

Walt has become the 2009 version of Carl Petersen- He traded for Rolen then have the Blue Jays pay for his salary for the rest of the year. He trades young player away. He following the King Carl blueprint of average ball club stay compeative bring the fanny into the ball park but you never see the Reds in the playoff chase till at least 2013 to 2015.

    Question for Royals fans

Just what is the Royals take on Bianchi. Could the Reds get him for one of their many minor league centerfielders.

He might get a Sept call with Mike Aviles out but- they have both Callispo and Bloomquist in front of him right now. Here's an brief information on him from wikipedia.

Jeff Bianchi (born 10/05/1986) is a minor league shortstop for the Northwest Arkansas Naturals (Kansas City Royals double A team of major league baseball). He attended Lampeter-Strasburg High-school in Lancaster, PA. He was drafted in 2005 by the Kansas City Royals in the second round (50th overall)[1][citation needed] and he was a topps Short-season/ rockie All-Star.[2] He did not attend college, and was drafted out of high school.

Unfortunatlely, with the lack of direction or leadership with this team, 2013 or 2015 may be a little too optimistic.

They have no young talent in their farm system worth a squat. Everybody we hear about that is supposed to be good, they bring up and they stink. Their major league roster has 2 starters that could start on another team...and that does not include Bruce who looks completely lost at the plate. All the rest of their players are journeyman. Volquez sounds like he will need elbow surgery, Harang and Arroyo will eventually be gone. This team is a lost cause.

    This team has no plan.
