I really think Yonder had a setback, he still didn't play with GCL today. And I also think Mesoraco got hurt, he was pulled after one AB last night and isn't playing today

Interesting. I was talking the other day to a major-league official who knows the Reds very well, and he said those three guys would be his Cincinnati outfield. Only with Stubbs in center. I'm sure he would include Bruce under normal circumstances, but he expressed the opinion that Bruce would have been well-served with some time in Louisville this year, because his approach was thoroughly messed up.Originally Posted by GOYA

No wonder they're struggling. I suspect that Curtis Partch, Scott Carroll and Jeremy Horst will hold their own, in good time, but that's an awful lot of pitching to lose.
Maybe a full rehab stint the end of this month, before he comes back to the big club in September, might serve him well,.
