    Lord I hope not! LOL

I know an opthamologist named Richard Rich. That one kinda works too ways, he has a huge house with tons of expensive gadgets and what not, so Richie Rich. Occassionally he'll introduce himself as Dick Rich.

Going on that theme I knew someone named Mike Michaels. Just really weird what people name their kids.

I've mentioned this before, but one of my english teachers in highschool was named Richard Weed.

    He didn't go by "Richard".

    He seemed to enjoy it.

I graduated high school with a Mike Hunt. No middle name. Not Michael.

I worked for a time with a girl named Misty Mountain Springs.

I've taught both a July (pronounced Ju-lee), and one that was pronounced as Vah-gin-ya, but spelled Vagina. Both came from parents who were less than scholars.

That reminded me of someone I knew that had a son named Robert and another son named Bobby. No joke.

George Foreman had some interesting names for his kids.

    A big thinker, that George.

The name of the family that founded HEB is Butt, not Butts. They're very prominent here.

I still can't get over the graphic from a Red's game last year that said there once was a ML player with the last name of Overalls.

I think his first name was Elmer?

My wife went to high school with a girl named Frainea (sp?) She married a guy with the last name of Fernia

(you can't make this stuff up)

    You're thinking of Orville Overall.

    Or Emil "Hill Billy" Bildilli.

    Le Kevin

Glad my mom didn't name me "Le Chili" or "Das Chili" in honor of the German side of my family.
How, then, are those people of the future—who are taking steroids every day—going to look back on baseball players who used steroids? They're going to look back on them as pioneers. They're going to look back at it and say "So what?" - Bill James, Cooperstown and the 'Roids
