I just think that it is low on base percentage that bats first and second. Janish doesn't have a lot of speed does he?

    Janish SS .296 .261 .557

Any guesses on attendance? Looks pretty light out there for a Friday evening game.

    I will guess 17,500.

Reds made Morgan look foolish. Nice to not be on the other end of it for once.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Dunn and Taveras are probably having a nice long talk at 1st base about what it's like to be a Reds whipping boy.

I haven't been able to find anything to indicate that he is hurt. So I don't know.

    Gomes on fire. He doubles.
