10 more games against the Pirates? YIKES!

Someone think of some storylines for THIS doozy of a showdown? Seriously? Name some things to look forward to? I guess if I was pressed to find something, I enjoy watching Andrew McCutchen, and I anxiously await (sorta) to see how we can neutralize his speed.

Zach Duke is a solid pitcher for them...............how do we adjust to him?

Garrett Jones, top flight NL rookie. How do we slow him down?

On the flip end, I think guys like Stubbs and other youngsters that are here/will be here will have a nice chance to pad some stats against them, but like I said, Duke is decent, and Ross Ohlendorf is alright. Get past those guys and get into their HORRIBLE bullpen......

We play these cats 10 more times. Might as well as pick apart potential matchups *shrugs*

Is anyone going? How much do you like baseball, even when teams like these two squads butcher the game like they do?

I don't like baseball much at all right now to be honest. I know whether they win or loser, and watch some of the games here and there, but it seems very pointless to me right now to watch every inning. I watched more of the Yankees Bosox game than the Reds yesterday. It's just painful to watch the team they're putting on the field every day. Joey Votto is the only player that interests me. I like seeing Homer Bailey pitch, but he hasn't been anything special so far. I'm hoping he puts it together by next year. They're going to need him with no Edinson Volquez.

MRoby, sounds familiar, I have been so busy this year, and the Reds have been soo bad this year, I havent really kept up much. Yeah, I check the ticker to see scores, read box score every once in awhile (daily at beg of season, loses interest as the tema loses). Of course on here pretty often overall. But, I doubt I have watched 10 innings total this year of baseball-if I did it was early season. Just been way to busy to have the extra time.
