Yeah, cause Cordero clearly did have it tonight.

Phillips flies out deep to center.

Typical Hoffman inning. Lots of good contact, no runs.

    6-6 end of 9.5

The Brewers have no position players left, so they're right where we want them.

Cordero did indeed get rocked. He faced four batters, and gave up three well hit singles, and a line drive by Cameron for the inning ending double play to McDonald. Weak....I wonder if he got enough time to warm up?

And I agree this one is on Cordero, not Dusty.

That's not the point Dude (Dustyism). I'd rather Cordero out there win or lose than Rhodes. Looking at the numbers paycheck and saves Cordero is the guy who should be facing Counsell in that situation.

The Reds could easily win this one...woohoo....but I'm sorry....my Reds swag is getting packed away for the winter.
The Reds should have scored 10 runs this game off of Suppan. He had nothing tonight, but this lineup didn't have much more. That's where this game was lost (okay, tied).

With a four run lead and two lefties coming up I think it's fair to bring in the lefty. You said that Rhodes didn't have it, but he only faced two batters. Don't know when the Reds should have figured out he didn't have it.

12 million isn't the answer to all questions. Rhodes has been pretty solid against lefties this year.

I don't see how Baker can be blamed for this game.

Felipe Lopez is hurt. Was he traded to the Reds between innings?

    Actually I can blame Dusty.

Any time Burton comes in with a lead this year, it's open to question.

I wish he had been. In fact, I wish he'd never have been traded away. He'd be a nice solution to our current middle infield situation.

Hopefully this will be the last year we have to see this from Burton.

If I remember correctly Felipe was not a very good fielder.
