Yes, everyone got out. Thankfully. About all that's left of a 3 story building is the basement. 60 people displaced and have lost everything (material).

Sorry to hear the news, paint. As awful as it would be to lose everything in your apartment, at least everyone made it out safely and that's the most important thing. Hang in there.

Thanks for all the well wishes. It means a great deal to me. The news is true; my apartment is a total loss. Fortunately, I have family in my immediate area so I have a warm bed to sleep in tonight.
If there is anything you can do for me, consider donating some of your time to the Red Cross. The support they offer in times of personal disaster like this cannot be understated.
The last few weeks in my life have been very trying to say the least. This is just another item to the list. But I'll get my life back together. The big thing is that nobody was injured from the fire and I was at work when it started.
