Does JCS repeat Dayton next year?

Ondrusek seems to be doing well in AAA. What's the scouting report on him? Is he headed for the Reds bullpen next year?

Absolutely, IMO. He was inconsistent this year, but you have to remember he was fresh out of high school and completely skipped rookie ball. There's no need to rush him. I'd start him in Dayton next season and keep him there until at least the All-Star break.

Reds bullpen? There'll be a hell of a lot of competition from guys called up that wouldn't have been without injuries. Ondrusek made a big jump this season. I think AAA would be where he belongs next year. He needs more seasoning before considering the bigs.

BTW, his legs seem unproportionally long for his torso. For what it's worth.

We need to start a nickname contest for Ondrusek. If he is going to pitch in the big leagues, he can't go out there with a name like Logan Ondrusek.

I am partial to, The Crane.
The Sox traded Bullfrog the only player they've got for Shottenhoffen. Four-eyes Shottenhoffen a utility infielder. They've got a whole team of utility infielders.

His fastball recently hit 97 MPH on the gun in Columbus. I think the gun there may be juiced a little bit, but thats probably still 94-95. He is more of a guy thats 90-93, good cutter.

Looking forward to an inning where they work the matchups: 5'6" DRay Herrera v. lefties, 6'7" Large Logan Ondrusek v. righties. Has to happen.
