    Interesting to me is that they kept Pressley but not Vakapuna.

    Boobie fit in well......in 1973 he was the bowling ball to Essex Johnson's gazelle....but he came in fat in 1974 and injured himself midway. In 1975-76 he had some moments but he was getting rotated beacuse the coaches could not count on him to be ready to go 100% every game. He could have been the main guy if he wanted it.

    I think they felt that Vakapuna wasn't as physical as Pressley. Plus I think Anderson liked Pressley a little bit better which holds weight with Marvin.

    Vakapuna I believe is with Arizona on the practice squad.
