    Chapman cleared by trainers already...

    per John Fay

Aroldis Chapman is on the pitching schedule for Sunday, sort of. It says:

    Chapman (TBA)

Bronson Arroyo is starting the game that day against the Dodgers and scheduled to go six.

Chapman could pitch in that game.

“It’s a possibility,” Dusty Baker said. “He’s feeling good. He’s been cleared so far by the trainers.”

Chapman could also be used in the minor league game that day....

According to Fay, Chapman is going to pitch one inning in a minor-league game today: http://cincinnati.com/blogs/reds/201...pman-to-pitch/

Had a good outing. 19 pitches, 2 Ks. Said he could have pitched more. That's a good sign, although I don't know if I trust his word. Even if he was in pain he's not going to tell anyone. That's just how he is.
