I think there is a significant drop-off after those 8 guys. I'm not sure anyone left on that list has done enough to be considered a serious prospect at this point. Maybe Neftali Soto, especially if he can bounce back this year. Fellhauer, Boxberger, Hamilton and Serrano are all guys to watch, I guess, but it's way too early to consider any of them significant prospects. Serrano is old enough, but has only thrown 55 professional innings at age 24.

Boxberger. If he can condition better, he has the highest upside of any pitcher in the system.

Oh how an injury lost season can hurt someone. Kyle Lotzkar was Top 5 in almost everyones list last year, now he isn't even an option in the Top 10. Would be great for him to come back

    Soto for me.

Going with Soto. Taking the leap of faith that he was just overmatched as a 20 year old at High A in a pitcher's league. He was too good previously to drop out of the top ten.

I'm the 1st, and perhaps only, person to pick Mes at this spot. I know his numbers haven't been great, but I liked some of the things I saw out of his bat, and loved how he progessed defensively throwing runners out in the 2nd half of last season. I think he breaks out this season and reclaims whatever prospect status he once had.

He also suffered a broken arm.... twice, while pitching. Would be great for him to come back, but I wouldn't expect it. Its not like a TJ surgery.

Not a bad pick at all really.

Maloney? Not a prospect...he has proven that at the major league level. Why is he available to vote on in the top 10? Are the Reds that bad?

Maloney was a #4/5 pitcher for 7 starts this year in the big leagues at age 25. Thats a prospect.

Is Ramon Ramirez still eligible? It would seem that if Maloney is then he should be as well.

So...he's in your top 10 or even top 15?

He is in my Top 15 because I think he has a high chance of being a #5 starter with a solid chance at being a #4 starter and soon. That has some solid value to a team.
