No I like the Chapman signing....Rather have spent it on him than some other players who were signed over the last few years.
What I meant was before I knew the contract was back loaded was did we spent all of our latin american draft money next year. We have been one of the top 3 players in the latin market for several years now.
Also does this make us the biggest player in the Latin market? From what I read many agents down there want to see latin players in your farm system before they will talk with you, does signing Chapman give us a edge.
