    There's a free agent pitcher still out there who had a nice comeback last year with the Dodgers, even if it was for just the last month of the season.

    He went 2-1 with a 3.80, and his peripherals were pretty good. 7.61 K/9 and 3.33 K/BB, a 3.52 FIP and a 4.12 tERA. And he's a lefty.

    I think he would make a nice candidate for 5th starter, and he probably can be had for a minor league contract, which is about 1/16th of what he signed for in his last contract. Plus the Stowe's probably still his uniform in storage.
