    So where we at here fellas [and ladies if there are any in the league]?

    Championships for MY teams in my lifetime:
    Cincinnati Reds - 75, 76, 90
    Chicago Blackhawks - 10, 13
    University of Kentucky - 78, 96, 98, 12
    Cincinnati Bengals - None
    Chicago Bulls - 91, 92, 93, 96, 97, 98

    Here is what I'd like to do with keepers:
    - Each player you keep the following season will count an additional $4 (ex: Player A is won at auction for $13 in 2010, so he would count as $17 if kep for 2011)
    - There is no limit to the amount of players a team can keep, as long as the team can fill their team rosters spots with the allotted $260 cap
    - Each owner can designate 1 player as a franchise player. That player can be kept the next season at the same value of the previous year. Franchise players cannot be cut at any point during their franchise year. If traded, they still cannot be cut. You cannot franchise the same player in consecutive years.

    It seems from the discussion here that most owners would support the above. I think it sounds like a fun wrinkle to add to the keeper system.
