The photo above is the only documented photo of "The Loose Cannon" John Fay taken this close. I risked my life on the first day in Arizona to get this extremely rare picture of the most feared maniac known to journalism. Reds Director of Media Relations Rob Butcher was right behind me when I snapped this photo, equipped with the Fay-zer Taser in case John flashed his Fay-ngs...
Oh and that's Mercury Marty flanking Fay, calling me a "bad penny that never goes away and just keeps turning up." Marty, who just got into town yesterday, is completely out of his comfort zone here in Arizona. After his 9th question pertaining to driving directions, I finally suggested that he dust the cobwebs off his wallett and buy a GPS.
