Brent Atchley, president of Vinyl Applicants, but working for Fast Signs of Goodyear, works on a Cleveland Indians logo over the dugout at Goodyear Ballpark. The Reds and Indians share the stadium and will face off Friday in the first game of the spring season.

Senior Director of Player Development & Global Scouting Terry Reynolds double-dog dares VP of Scouting, Player Development & International Ops Bill Bavasi to jump off the balcony of the Reds offices.
Moments after this photo was snapped, Bavasi took the dare and performed a mid-air double somersault twist, landing perfectly unharmed on his feet. It was quite impressive.
