“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Only place that would probably ever happen.

I thought Selig was one of the worst commissioners in all of sports, but Roger Goodell could top that list if there is a lockout in the NFL.

Cincinnati would be the only place that would erect a statue of Powell Crosley. Bud brought baseball back to the city after it had left, to the folks in Milwaukee that's who Bud is, not the comish.

Exactly WOY and otherwise all they would have is the Bucks. Bud is golden there and deserves to be.

I'd vote for the statue to be in the ear-cup pose. It's so symbolic of his inability to hear what fans want.

Next time I'm in Milwaukee, I'll keep that statue in mind as a place to park my chewing gum when I'm done with it.

This pose would work for me, too.

I think the statue should be installed in Salt Lake City, where the trucks carrying the equipment from spring training were given instructions on whether to go to Seattle or Milwaukee.
