That's how I think it shakes out. Lincoln and Miles probably don't belong but their price tag will give them a shot.

Maybe Leake instead of Wood (Leake should get called up before Chapman when one of our starters gets hurt)
Maybe Ondrusek instead of Burton
Hopefully Fransisco instead of Miles

I guess we'll see soon. I'd like to see Frazier at some point as the infield bench guy since Miles will probably make the team and be horrible. Frazier might not be the best glove, but he would give some needed power off the bench.
Have you paid any attention to whats went on this spring? Since his start in the very first game, Lincoln has pitched 10 innings, given up 4 earned runs, and hasn't walked a batter.
Even though I, presumably like most Reds fans, had high hopes for Jared Burton this year, he has consistently been awful.
Lincoln may make the team predominantly due to his contract, but as far as pitchers who don't belong are concerned, Burton heads up that list. If he makes the team over Ondrusek it's because Logan has all of his options left.
(Referring to Jack Hannahan signing with a Korean team)
Since there are no teams on the moon, I guess South Korea's far enough from Cincinnati to satisfy me.

I think Miles deserves a shot. Before last season he was a dependable bat and solid glove. I think he gets the utility infield job.
Not happy with Burton, but I want him to be good. I guess that's the Reds fan in me. Lincoln scares me every time he gets the ball, but he likely deserves a shot as well.
Nix would be the easy 5th OF move, but we likely lose Balentin with that and I'm not sure the leadership wants to see that. They have not been able to give him a full evaluation. He may have trade value, however, later in the season.
I think Leake deserves the 5th starter spot. I would love to see him earn it. He throws what is needed for a pitcher who will pitch half his games in Great American park - he keeps the ball down and moves in and out which produces ground balls not fly balls that carry to the stands.
I guess we will know very soon.
Could this be a Dave Burba/Sean Casey day? Get a 1st baseman but give up your opening day starter? Not that we need a 1st baseman - we seem to have an overload there, but get a quality need for an arm - Harang possibly?
