I'd do that trade in a heartbeat. Fox is a solid player that made the A's roster as backup infielder (3B, C). He may not be the most talented, but he has the work ethic that would fit well with the Reds.

Where did you come up with Fox being available? There is no chance the A's would do this, he is their backup catcher who can play anywhere. He has way more value than Wlad. He'd be a nice guy to have on the bench though over Cairo.
How about Cust instead? He was just sent to the minors, could be LH power off the bench and has been a DH the last few years. Could get an occasional start in OF to keep him sharp....
Jake roomed with my best friend in college at Michigan. Supposed to be a great guy. He will be a 25 HR guy somewhere in MLB before its said and done. Nice RH hitter.
