Reds reopening world of possibilities with international scouting

    Article from John Fay:

"I think we now have the reputation of an organization that is aggressive and trying to improve our international scouting and development," Reds general manager Walt Jocketty said. "The buscones recognize that and are more apt to send players to our attention that they probably wouldn't have in the past because they didn't think the Reds would be involved."

Re: Reds reopening world of possibilities with international scouting

Awesome news OBM so pleased to see that the new approach to development is finally seeing some fruits of there labor. This section of Redszone has always been my favorite and now many who did not follow are realizing this is the only way the Reds will ever be able to sustain as a contender.
    2006 Redzone mock Draftee's- 1(st) Daniel Bard(redsox), 1(st sup)( Jordan Walden (Angels), 2(nd) rd.- Zach Britton(Orioles), 3(rd) Blair Erickson(Cardinals), 3(rd) Tim Norton( Yankees),(cuz its a Tim Hortons thing

Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory... lasts forever.
