How does a pitching staff go from middle of the road to the 1962 Mets?

Was Dick Pole that good of a pitching coach?
    Where we gonna go?

Was Arroyo pitching on 3 or 4 days rest tonight?

I wonder if the FO is starting to figure out what they have ... or don't. Really like to see Maloney and Chapman, as well as Heisey

Owings has really shown me nothing since we got him for Dunn. He's very hittable and makes a lot of mistakes. I think we've placed too much confidence on marginal pitchers and players this year.

Arroyo and Harang won't be here in 2011. Just a hunch.

I just came in. I know the Padres have won 6 straight but I think that ends tonight. How's the game going? Is Cueto looking good?

Cabrera pops one to center. One out. Still a no-no.

he has power ... as a hitter. He's a dime a dozen long reliever at best as a pitcher
