Weak Defense on the left side of the field tonight with Cabrera, Rolen and Gomes.

Could be quite a few singles and doubles to that side tonight. I just hope they are error-free on that side and convert the plays that they can get to.

Cueto has pitched absolutely horribly all season.

He really needs to step up himself tonight.

A "very good" outing for him would be 5 innings and 4 runs given up. (while that would suck for most people). He's only pitched 10 innings in 3 starts in St. Louis.

What I want to see is 5+ innings with 3 runs given up, which still isn't good, but for Cueto (right now), it would be fantastic.

How does he throw (88mph) changup after (88mph) changeup without throwing any fastballs? How can that be effective?

Only 3 Left-handers in tonight's lineup against the RH-pitching Cueto and one of them is this rookie John Jay.

Two Groundouts to Phillips and a Flyout to Stubbs. Excellent 1st Inning by Cueto.

Bruce leads off the 2nd with a opposite field double to the wall off of a changeup. You can sit on that changeup right now of Penny.

Penny said about his last outing that the Giants made it easy for him by being too aggressive. He was never behind in the count with them. (He shut them out for 7.2 innings.)
