Not a single reason there to pull fisher out of the game.

Since flipping when were DRH and Lincoln are go to guys in a tie ball game in the bottom of the 8th. Since never is the answer.

    FAIL BAKER!:thumbdown
I'd go with Herrera over Fisher when pitching to Schumaker every time.

Makes even less since considering how he burned through 2 pitchers.

Bottom line is the bullpen needs to do their job.

I didn't see a reason to pull Fisher either. Thought he was throwing pretty well and had one batter get away from him with a walk. Although I have no problem with DRH. Kind of a lucky hit.

Lincoln has pitched well lately, but that's because he's come in fresh at the beginning of an inning. He is not a guy you want to bring in with runners on base. Bad move by Dusty.

I think we have just as good as a chance of getting 2 as 1. When we need 1 run for the tie, our lineup does nothing but swing for the fences and looks awful.

Now we're screwed either way with that walk.

Oh well this should be a fun post game. Dusty will surely own up to his use of pen.

I wonder if Owings was even in the ball park before the game started since he basically is never used. Probably was in the team hotel when the call to the bullpen was made.

Frustrating. We had this game and the bullpen lost it.

I'm willing to bet with out even looking that Danny Hererra doesnt give up many extra base hits.

I agree..theres two ways you can look at it really; either pitching to him or walking him..oh well, either way, Owings still has to get that next out for sure.

I wouldn't say we had it, it was a tie game. It was definitely winnable though.
