She's a gymnast for the USA who won four medals at the Olympics in Beijing (gold on beam, silver in AA, fx, and with the team). She was also on Dancing with the Stars not that long ago and I think she actually won the competition. She is only about four foot ten or something so that mound probably felt huge to her, LOL
