    Cubs call up Starlin Castro.

He will be on the team for the series vs. Reds

The Cubs, who were just swept by the Pirates, have called up their star prospect. If he starts, he will play short, and Theriot will move to 2nd.

History making debut (rbi's). He looks like a pretty solid young player.

Nice flyout in your first MLB at bat kid, wait that was gone? Blow up GABP. (or just move the fences back).

So all the pitchers on the Reds staff are supposed to be ground ball pitchers, right?

Seriously, if you don't go to games on a regular basis, it's not as evident on television, but that wind tunnel out to right field needs to go. Our park is beautiful, and fun, and a good place to see a game, but it plays like a joke. Almost any home run hit to right-center wouldn't be gone in any other park unless it's way out. They need to close that gap down the third base line. There's no point to it anyway.
