Harang falls behind again 3-0, this time to Soto...works it back full. Not a recipe for success. He need to get back ahead early like he has been.

KKKKKK Okay, I'll take it. :O)

Another K! Aaron isn't being the most pitch efficient at times but he's doing great overall.

An MLB.com reporter asked what one thing Votto couldn’t do. “I can’t skate or play hockey,” Votto said. “Well, I can skate ... but I can’t stop.”

You know Dusty is going to give him about 110-120 pitches....so unless he implodes...he could go another 2.

More runs and this makes it easier to take him out before 110 pitches.

Phillips, hustling out of the box, with a double to the LF-CF gap.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Votto just missed a 2nd HR with a deep pop fly to LF. (great ball to hit and he just missed it)

    2 out.

Votto with a moon shot to left. 2 down. Brandon has to stay put.

If it was a warmer night, Joey may have gotten his second HR on that fly out.
