And you think Mark Mallory's 1st pitch was bad

Olympian Shawn Johnson didn't do much better.

    Mallory's was worse.

And she's like 2 foot 3. The ball was probably bigger than her hand.

She's a gymnast for the USA who won four medals at the Olympics in Beijing (gold on beam, silver in AA, fx, and with the team). She was also on Dancing with the Stars not that long ago and I think she actually won the competition. She is only about four foot ten or something so that mound probably felt huge to her, LOL

Okay, I know she's young and small....but she's a world class athlete. That was pitiful. Hilarious....but still pitiful. :O)

And yes, worse than Mallory IMO.

Don't these people ever do warm up tosses prior to heading out there? Good grief. That's embarrassing.

    - She stood on the mound. NEVER stand on the mound if you don't know how to throw.
    - Mallory's was far worse.
    - She's spent 90% of her life doing gymnastics. We shouldn't be shocked that she can't throw a baseball.

Oh god, did they have to cue the Olympics music right after the pitch? That was hilarious!
