This umpire is a tool. The strike zone seems to be moving around this whole inning.

yep, that had much more to do with the Reds only being up by a run than the ump.

*sigh* back to back walks. Pretty far from sharp tonight. He's been great all year, but those walks are going to come back to get him.
    2014 predictions:
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner
    Hamilton ROY & GG

Great decision by Votto. Now a single can't win the game.

Re: 5-10-10 Cincy at the Pirates

    Pirates 9th:

Cordero in to pitch for the Redlegs.
Jones grounds out to Phillips. One down.
Doumit walks on a full count pitch in the dirt.
Milledge walks on a full count pitch way outside. Ouch.
Clement bounces into a 3-6 fielders choice. Runners at the corners, two outs.
    Cedeno grounds out to Phillips-Cabrerra.

And this one belongs to the Reds.

Final score: Reds 2, Pirates 1.

REDS WIN!! Oy, that was way too close to call and I wouldn't call that last inning 'slamming the door' at all, LOL

*whew* And this one belongs to the Reds!

Grounder to Phillips, flip to Cabrera to end it. Very well pitched game by Bronson. Best of the season from him by far.
