Heisey looks like a Big Leaguer tonight. Not even fazed by the big crowd.

Anybody know how Heisey is on the basepaths?

Seeing Cueto at just 76 pitches through 6 IP gives me warm fuzzies.
Games are won on run differential -- scoring more than your opponent. Runs are runs, scored or prevented they all count the same. Worry about scoring more and allowing fewer, not which positions contribute to which side of the equation or how "consistent" you are at your current level of performance.

Of course tonight is the night the Pirates catcher actually catches someone stealing, LOL

Oh well. I like the aggressiveness though. It's the right move IMO. Until they can prove they can get someone out...force them to do it.

I'm not sure Johnny's getting enough love for tonight.

    6 ip / 1 hit / 0 r / 0 bb / 5 k's / 76 pitches

And Heisey would've been on second anyway. Trying to steal bases in front the heart of your lineup just doesn't make sense to me.

Time for Lost! I'm not leaving the thread but I'm trusting you guys for the play by play now. Don't let me down, okay?!

I agree, but I would've gone hit & run there still.
