    Cueto, buzzsaw.

Great to see Heisey shine a little too.

    Team's looking good right now.

They just said it again. The Pirates can officially get nothing right.
There is no such thing as a pitching prospect.

Kids night out. Cueto's complete game 1-hitter. Heisey's breakout game. Votto and Bruce have big hits. The future's bright, folks.

But mix in good games from veterans Phillips, Rolen, and Hernandez and you get a blowout. Take that Buccos!

Now 3 over .500 and it looks like tomorrow might be a good day too. Time to break out the cheap beer and celebrate (broke). Life is good.

Just popping in to remind everyone that tonight's game was freaking fantastic.

    Carry on.

And just a tad ironic that the one hit was past Janish, if I remember hearing that correctly while driving home. How close was it?

Paul dove for it--it didn't seem that hard hit--and it either went off his glove or he just missed it. Unfortunately, he probably couldn't have gotten Cedano at first regardless.
