Right. But I think people here are missing the point. It's about Cardinal hypocisy. Carpenter whines like a toddler late for his juicy juice when another team shows emotion while his own team majors in showing emotion.

Basically, Carpenter (and Pujols for the Massett reaction) just need to shut it.

Agreed. I think most people in this thread missed the point. I was being sarcastic with my posts. I have absolutely no problem with players showing emotion or throwing equipment out of frustration. I just thought it was incredibly ironic that the Cardinals players were whining because their opponents were pumping fists and/or throwing equipment and then Cardinals players turned around and did the same exact thing.

    Nonono....I'm not missing the point.

I'm just as sick as anyone of the dreck that spews forth from the cake hole of one "Priss" Carpententer. Who died and made him Carlton Fisk?

I was just addressing the other "bush league" comments.

I don't think showing emotions is bad, and I don't like it when other teams' players are hypocrites about it.

    Priss Carpenter. I think that's a keeper.

Anyone know what Joe West talked to the 2nd base ump about in Pujols' last AB? I guessed that Brandon Phillips farted, Albert heard it and it distracted poor Albert, so they wanted to make sure that it stopped now.

    Colby Rasmus on Bronson Arroyo:

CINCINNATI — Center fielder/philosopher Colby Rasmus described Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Bronson Arroyo’s assortment as “doo-doo” and “a bunch of slop” following the Reds’ 7-2 takedown of the Cardinals Sunday afternoon at Great American Ball Park.

Wow. I think Colby isn't going to enjoy facing the Reds next time.

    Doo-doo? Seriously? Doo-doo??

I'd be embarrassed if Jay Bruce (or any Red) ever said something like that to the press.
